Description

KOCETAL is polyacetal copolymer resin, which is manufactured by KTP Industries Inc. It is an engineering plastic with good thermal stability. KOCETAL, itself, has remarkably improved thermal stability compared to other ACETAL resins during processing.

This improvement results in the following advantages:

1. The improvement of the workroom surroundings by reducing formaldehyde emission
2. The reduction of the mold maintenance cost" and " the quality of the molded parts" due to low mould deposit.
3. The reduction of "discoloring and deterioration of properties" from recycling of the resins or residence time in the cylinder.
4. Improvement of " the weather resistance and UV resistance."
